Todd has been a lifelong resident and active member of Senate District 26, where he currently lives with his wife, Gina, and their three sons, Jason, Justin, and Jared. His professional journey began at his family’s business, Performance Enterprises, located on Cranston Street, where he developed a deep connection to the local community.

Path to leadership

A dedicated member of the Cranston Police Department since 1995, Todd rose through the ranks to the position of Major. Throughout his career, he has worked tirelessly to enhance public safety and strengthen relationships within the community.

Education

Todd graduated from Cranston West High School and earned a Master of Science from Roger Williams University's School of Justice Studies. His education has equipped him with the expertise to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful change in the community.

Community Involvement

Todd is an active volunteer, serving as a coach for CLCF basketball and a dedicated parishioner of Holy Apostles Church. His commitment to youth sports has earned him recognition as a Hall of Fame coach for Cranston Western Little League baseball.
